  • I’m going to be of very little help and say it all just sounds fantastic to me.  Wild Talents might scratch the Superhero itch that I’ve been having for a while.

The 1920s Call of Cthulhu idea also sounds really interesting to me. Anything that you can link into currently existing storylines even if only that they exist in the same world always…[Read more]

I haven’t seen the show yet but I have heard the name thrown around a few times, I will need to find it and start watching.

Yeah I completely understand the direction you are coming from. We used to go to Southbank but in our time there as a group we have had some pretty bad experiences and the feedback I received reflected that. I chalk that up to getting what you pay for (being cheaper after all).

The place has been extremely crowded as mentioned and we rarely find…[Read more]

  • Good to see you are still alive Lee! I was recently saying to Vlad it had been a while since we’ve seen you around at the board game events and stuff.

  • I absolutely loved the book. I get that it won’t be everyone’s cup of tea but I thought it was a lot of fun. No literary genius or anything but I am looking forward to seeing what other people think. I might actually write something up about it… that’s unlikely though… I have plenty I should be writing about that I haven’t.

  • I’ve done two down at Escape Hunt in West End.

Barbershop & Boggo Road Goal (not the one done in the actual Gaol)

  • I sadly will be missing this weekend too. I have health related appointments to attend from 2:40pm to 4:00pm or there about. Considering the time to travel there and back it isn’t worth my while unfortunately. Get there at 11 (guessing) and leave by 1:30pm to travel about an hour back home.

I haven’t been on steam for quite a while but looking for a co-operative experience there certainly are quite a few. Starting study back up soon (part time with full time work) I think personally my chances of joining in on more stuff like this is probably low.

Vlad played Masters of Venice which I would assume is a Euro. Catan gets played but that’s more of an intro game than a “heavy euro name Sven”. I’m certainly not opposed to Euros and I would like to give some more a try, specifically Caverna comes to mind. I think that this group sees more Amerithrash and combination games. I will eventually have…[Read more]

I’d definitely like give Blood Rage a go.

TI3 I would play but would need to arrange a whole day just for it lol.

BSG it has been a while since I played and I missed the game last week so if another happens and I can I’ll join in.

I’ll be making sure I have Spyfall as requested. I’ve only played it twice since buying it.

    Ohh and Andrew he…[Read more]

  • Yeah. Definitely put up the suggestion and fill in all your details you want and one of us can approve it and set you as the host. We can also limit the number who can join if you have a set number.

  • Wow all of this sounds pretty cool. Looking at Technoir it looks like something I’d be interested in looking at. Scratches that Cyberpunk itch.

I’ve got quite a few games I could bring but I am going to keep my load to one bag this week. So if there are any games anyone wants me to bring let me know and I’ll see what I can do. Otherwise I’ll make a few selections and bring those. I’ll make a separate post for what I would be interested in that is listed.
